Please review the following information regarding the recommended information tools for participating in the Hitachi Academy Open Day 2024. The event will take place at the "Metaverse Event Venue (oVice)" and will be livestreamed on the "Teams Town Hall" or "Cisco Webex Webinars" platforms.
Prior to registering, please ensure that you comply with your company's guidelines regarding the viewing environment.

Disclaimer

―There may be delays, disruptions, or disconnections in audio and video streaming due to issues with Office365 products, Teams, or Cisco Webex services.

―If you are unable to receive the live session on the day, please use the on-demand replay that will be available afterward. (Details on how to access it will be provided via email after the event.)

―Please note that due to the use of internet and public cloud environments, service is provided on a best-effort basis.

Notes

―Please use a device lent by the company since there will be possible to handle the internal information.

―Taking pictures, recording audio and video, and secondary use of materials are prohibited in the event.
Also please don't post this matter on the website or SNS.

―The URLs for the event are exclusive to those who register. Please refrain from sharing them.
