Concept
Message
The 25th Hitachi Academy Open Day centers around the theme "With others, For others, For the future - Connect, Collaborate, Create." This theme highlights the importance of connection and collaboration for driving innovation. As professionals responsible for social innovation projects, it is crucial for us to collaborate with stakeholders both within and outside the company, combining and connecting to create value as One Hitachi.

To foster such actions, this Open Day aims to provide insights on "how to connect, collaborate, and create value by combining and connecting, and what knowledge and challenges we need to address." The sessions are designed to offer fresh perspectives through understanding the assets of the Hitachi Group and lectures by experts from various fields, including business, academia, and culture.

Continuing the success of last year, the event will be held concurrently with the Hitachi PM Forum, and the highly acclaimed virtual exhibition will be expanded. The content will be centered around "connection" and "collaboration," including joint projects with Team Sunrise, actively involved in community activities across the Hitachi Group.

We hope that this Open Day will contribute to the growth of businesses and individuals, serving as a platform for "learning", "critical thinking", and "taking action". We eagerly anticipate your participation in this event.
